The harvest

210ml can of jewels, hand-deseeded same day.

Large premium fruit. Perfect for kitchens.

Our orchard
Our trees grow under the wide Lambs Valley sky, stressed by sun and patience until each fruit cracks open with colour. We pick at peak, press within hours, and bottle without filters or sugar. What you taste is the season.
